Albury Manor Estates opened in 1980 as a 56 acre private, gated residential community in northwest Harris County east of State Highway 249 near Tomball. Albury Manor was the first modern private road, gated community in Greater Houston. All 49 acreage home sites have been sold and contain custom-built homes valued from $275,000 to $600,000.
