J. Kenneth Streeter serves as Director-Real Estate Development for Hendricks Interests LLC. He has worked with the Hendricks since 1985. Mr. Streeter previously was vice-president of Langford Engineering, a Houston consulting engineering firm that specializes in land development, water district, and public works projects. Mr. Streeter is a native of Houston, Texas, and graduated from the University of Houston, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. He has a management background in planning, engineering and managing major land development projects. Mr. Streeter's responsibilities include management and marketing of development projects.
